Welcome to Oh Stayz Private Limited ("Ohstayz", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, booking platform, and holiday rental services. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with using our services.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed after full payment is received. Booking is deemed confirmed only upon: - Receipt of the final amount as shown on the website. - A confirmation email from Oh Stayz Private Limited. We accept payments through multiple gateways including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Payment gateway charges, if any, may be applicable.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The GST component is non-refundable. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. Refunds will be processed within a minimum of 10 working days from approval.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be assessed and charged accordingly. Guests are expected to behave responsibly, respecting the property, staff, and neighbors. Consumption of alcohol, smoking, and playing loud music are allowed only where specifically permitted. Illegal or inappropriate behavior (including harassment or misconduct) will lead to immediate termination of stay without refund and may invite legal action.

4. Occupancy Rules

Guest count should not exceed the maximum occupancy limit set for the property. Entry of unregistered guests is not permitted. Children above the age of 5 are considered as additional guests unless specified. Some properties may have restrictions on group bookings, bachelor parties, or events.

5. Pet Policy

Pets are only allowed in properties explicitly marked as "pet-friendly". Guests are responsible for managing pet behavior and cleaning up after them.

6. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in and check-out times vary by property and are mentioned in the booking details. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability and additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Oh Stayz Private Limited is not responsible for: - Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the stay. - Accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the property. - Cancellations, rescheduling, or service failures due to force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.).

8. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on ohstayz.com, including logos, images, text, and design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Oh Stayz Private Limited. Any unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect user information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take immediate effect. Continued use of our services post any modification implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kochi, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
